The ESBC philosophy

Getting the best out of your company with coaching-oriented support

We at ESBC — European Systemic Business Competences are not traditional management consultants. We believe that the solution already exists within your company and that it can be brought to bear through appropriate support and impetus. Our organisational support is therefore as individual as your company is unique: from the selection of the right experts to a bespoke concept that is precisely tailored to your goals, specific requirements and the wishes of the people involved.

With us you get the right support to make your company even more successful.

All our experts are independent entrepreneurs who cooperate with us on a project-specific basis. We are highly skilled trainers and coaches with many years of life and professional experience in national and international management positions.

At the same time, each of our facilitators has his or her own thematic focus and expertise. This means that we complement each other very well and work together at a consistently high level.

In addition to their professional qualifications, all our partners are obliged to complete systemic coach training based on the Kiel Consulting Model at our sister institute ESBA – European Systemic Business Academy.
